Singapore's first standalone rooftop bar, still on Odeon Towers across from Raffles. Official-ish hours Mon–Sat from 5pm, closed Sunday (Yelp Sep 2026). No cover. 1-Altitude's 63rd-floor deck is gone — this is the cheap starter rooftop that survived. Walk up from City Hall.
