Henderson Waves is free, 36 metres up, 24 hours, and you want daylight. Telok Blangah (CC28) is closer than HarbourFront — uphill toward Telok Blangah Drive / SAFRA. The ridges at golden hour essay can keep the full Southern Ridges to Kent Ridge. This clock is the bridge, then one coastal stop. West Coast Park is tankers and a booked BBQ — not this Labrador hour, and not Marine Parade.
Labrador Nature Reserve is the next Circle-line station (CC27). Park areas 24 hours; nature-reserve section 7am–7pm (nparks.gov.sg). Berlayar Creek boardwalk is shut 3 June 2026–31 March 2027. The cliff, not the mall piece is the longer Labrador. Gillman Barracks, the full ridges, Labrador and USS are separate visits. A late-afternoon bridge then a reserve trail is the humane south-side day.
Cable car is the paid sky if you would rather ride than walk: daily about 8:45am–10pm, last boarding 9:30pm (Mount Faber Leisure). HarbourFront Exit B, Level 2 link into Tower 2. It is not a substitute for the reserve closing at 7.

Exit toward Telok Blangah Drive, walk up. No ticket. Exposed — this is why you did not come at 1pm. HortPark at 33 Hyderabad Road (6am–11pm) is the gentler trailhead if you prefer gardens first, then Forest Walk toward the bridge.

One stop to Labrador
CC27 Exit A, Labrador Villa Road. Reserve trails before 7pm. Pets on boardwalks and park only. The labrador story has the guns and the closures; we are not copying the cliff.
7:15 PM
Eat, not VivoCity
Telok Blangah Crescent Market at 11 Telok Blangah Crescent, opposite Mount Faber SAFRA, is the hawker after the waves. Stalls keep their own clocks. VivoCity is a mall. Tiong Bahru is a train if you still have a morning in you.

Cable car or the walk?
Walk if you came for Henderson Waves. Cable car if you want Faber Peak and the port at night. Last boarding 9:30pm — confirm on mountfaberleisure.com. They are not the same hour.
Is Henderson Waves free?
Yes. 24 hours. You want golden hour, not midnight. Labrador's reserve section is 7am–7pm.
HarbourFront or Telok Blangah?
Telok Blangah (CC28) for the waves. Labrador Park (CC27) for the reserve, HortPark buses, and Gillman. HarbourFront (NE1/CC29) for cable car, VivoCity and the Sentosa door.
Monday?
Henderson Waves and Labrador's park areas still run. Reflections at Bukit Chandu is closed typical Mondays except public holidays (9:30am–5pm, last 4:30pm otherwise). Many Gillman galleries rest Monday. The cliff essay has the closures; do not stack a booked WWII bungalow onto this golden-hour walk.
West Coast Park after Labrador?
No. Different coast. West Coast is the strait — not East Coast, not this reserve. This clock ends at Labrador.
