A library inside West Mall that reopened in March 2026 after a full revamp. The SingLand Soundscape uses sound to guide you around, with a Sound Cave, Time Caverns and a Sound Library. Bukit Batok MRT is the nearest station, and it's a good wet-weather stop.

The multimedia and study zone on Level 2 runs 9am to 10pm every day, public holidays included
