Halal-friendly things to do in Singapore

A day out is easier when you know where lunch is. The places below name halal-certified or Muslim-owned food on site, on their own pages: theme-park restaurants, zoo and wildlife-park outlets and the food hall at Gardens by the Bay. That makes them places you can plan a whole day around.

Not every outlet inside is certified, so look for the certificate at the counter before you order. Menus and stalls change, and each place's own page has the current list.

Gardens by the Bay is free to enter, and its Jurassic Nest food hall names Bismillah Biryani and Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang among its halal-certified or Muslim-owned options. Come after 5pm when it cools, and stay for the Supertree lights.

For a ticketed day, Universal Studios Singapore has four halal-certified restaurants inside, with tickets from S$76. Universal Studios Singapore
