Singapore's oldest fire station (1909): engines, civil defence, a lookout. Free. Official hours Tue–Sun 10am–5pm, closed Mondays (scdf.gov.sg). Walk-ins for the gallery; book if you want a guided tour. Pair with Fort Canning, not with a second indoor museum if the kids have peaked.
