In the ninth lunar month devotees cross to Kusu Island for the Da Bo Gong temple and the keramat of Syed Abdul Rahman, his mother and his sister. Singapore Island Cruise, the appointed ferry operator, runs hourly sailings from Marina South Pier for the season, and weekdays are less crowded.
