The take
Reopened 25 April 2026 after a three-year refresh: six permanent galleries in the old sultan's palace. Official tourist adult S$10 / concession S$8; locals free (malayheritage.gov.sg). Tue–Sun 10am–6pm, last entry 5:30pm, closed Mondays. Compound 8am–9pm is the free wander. Pair with Bussorah, not with a second museum if you're tired.
