The take
The only ticketed pocket of the UNESCO Botanic Gardens: over 1,500 species and 3,000 hybrids, opened 1995, TMO added 2021 (NParks, Sep 2026). Official standard adult S$15; locals S$5; under-12s free. 8:30am–7pm, last entry 6pm. Don't pay this thinking you need a ticket for the lawns.

Finding it: National Orchid Garden ticketing counter — Tyersall Entrance is the nearest drop-off; Botanic Gardens MRT (DT9/CC19) then walk
