The take
A self-guided National Heritage Board trail through Tiong Bahru's estate of pre-war and post-war flats, from the market to the rounded Horse-Shoe flats. Seng Poh Garden, with its abstract Dancing Girl, is one of the stops. The flats are homes, so look from the pavement.
