HDB's first-of-its-kind "modern kampung" in Woodlands: an 11-storey block that puts flats for the elderly under one roof with a medical centre, an Active Ageing Hub, a childcare centre, shops and a 900-seat hawker centre. Come for lunch at the hawker centre and to see how one building mixes ages.
