The take
PAssion Wave runs the People's Association's public kayak rental, with sit-on-tops at Bedok Reservoir, Marina Bay and Jurong Lake. We'd start on Bedok Reservoir, sheltered water out in the east. There's no PAssion Wave rental on Punggol Waterway itself, though the waterway park makes a free walk.
