Outram Park Ya Hua, not a Tiong Bahru hawker stall. Official rooms: 593 Havelock Road (Tue–Sun 11am–10pm) and the Keppel original that still does early/late (yahua.com.sg). Closed Mondays. Morning is traditional at Keppel; 9pm at Havelock is still a bowl. Song Fa is the other New Bridge argument.
