The take
Official Satay Street on Boon Tat Street is weekdays 7pm–3am (laupasat.sg/sataystreet). On weekdays the nine carts open at 7pm. The Victorian market itself is 24 hours. Free to enter. Pay per stall; no invented stick fare. Satay by the Bay at the Gardens is a different strip and closes 30 Sep.
