The take
A two-hour guided tasting of Phoenix Mountain Dancong oolongs at a small Teochew gongfu teahouse above East Coast Road. You learn the brewing steps and the etiquette, then take home a tea door gift and Dancong cookies. Beginners are welcome, and the session is in English.
