The take
A family that has made popiah skin for over 80 years opens its Joo Chiat shop for one-hour sessions. A skin-maker spreads the dough by hand on a pan that heats to 200°C, then you wrap your own popiah. It's a group booking: 10 people minimum for the outing, 15 for the longer Story session.
