Free Chinese-Singaporean culture gallery at 1 Straits Boulevard. Official SINGAPO人 hours: Monday 2–8pm, Tuesday–Sunday 10am–8pm including public holidays (singaporeccc.org.sg). Weekend tours 3pm English / 4pm Mandarin. Roof over the CBD. Next to Singapore Conference Hall, not URA City Gallery.
